1 目的和适用范围

1.1 目的

结构定制件技术要求是描述华为技术有限公司结构定制件的受控性文件,其作用为:

l  供应厂商进行产品设计、生产和检验的依据。

l  品质部门验货、退货的依据。

l  物料部门进行采购的依据。

l  对供应厂商产品质量进行技术认证的依据。

l  结构设计部门选用结构定制件的依据。

1.2 适用范围

本技术要求适用于射频模块维护腔阻尼绞链的选型、采购与检验。

阻尼铰链与测试工装安装固定后,分别从盖板左右两侧的最远端210mm处施加160N的推拉力(附录B图中F1F2所示),施力后保持5秒。

铰链无破损,焊接位置满焊无破裂,永久性变形不超过0.5mm

限位最大破坏力

固定阻尼铰链支架,采用测试工装,在距转轴中心210 mm处位置施加160N推力(附录B图中F3所示),施力后保持5秒。

复位后,不得失效,焊缝无开裂,开合功能正常

转轴阻尼力矩:2.2±0.2 N.m

侧推力

阻尼铰链与测试盖板安装固定后,分别从盖板左右两侧的最前端185mm施加249N的推拉力(附录B图中F1F2所示),施力后保持5秒。

铰链无破损,永久性变形不超过0.5mm

单侧旋转阻尼力矩

固定单侧铰链支架,旋转铰链转轴,测试单侧阻尼力矩大小

两单侧阻尼力矩相差不超过0.25N.m

限位最大破坏力

固定阻尼铰链支架,采用测试工装,在距转轴中心185mm位置,施加249N推力(附录B图中F3所示),施力后保持5秒。

复位后,铰链限位不得失效,0105°开合功能正常

规格1,2,3的钣金件建议采用奥氏体不锈钢(304牌号),轴建议采用奥氏体不锈钢(316牌号);

本检验规则适用于华为公司来料检验,其检验应符合华为技术有限公司质量部门的规定。

1、本技术要求的解释权归华为技术有限公司整机工程部。

2、供求双方有技术上的分歧时,以本技术要求作为仲裁。

The hinge is not damaged,full welding is not

ruptured and the permanent deformation is less than 0.5 mm (0.02 in.).

After securing the damp hinge and the test cover, exert the force see F3 in appendix Bof 160 N (36lbf) from the front end 210mm(8.27 in.). of the cover and keep the force for 5 seconds.

After the force is released, the hinge spacing does not fail, weld bead dose not cracked

The color of the plastic shell is the true color of the materials. No damage is on the surface, and no torn rubber is found.

The support and the rotation axis are paint with the color NC silver gray

The protective cap and the support are soldered using laser.

Three points are evenly located at the angle of 60°. The solder points are smooth. The gap between the protective caps and the support is less than 1 mm (0.04 in.).

Secure the hinge support using the test tools. Rotate the damp hinge axis with the turning angel range 0° to 150°.

Rotation axis damp torque: 2.2±0.2N.m (19.47±1.77 lbf.in.)

Side thrust

After securing the damp hinge and the test cover, exert the force see F1F2 in appendix Bof 249 N (56.025 lbf) from the front end of either side of the cover and keep the force for 5 seconds.

The hinge is not damaged, and the permanent deformation is less than 0.5 mm (0.02 in.).

Rotation damp torque on either side

Secure the hinge support on either side, and rotate the hinge axis to test the damp torque on the side.

The difference of the damp torque on both sides is 0.2 5N.m (2.21 lbf.in.) or less.

Maximum spacing destructive force

Secure the damp hinge support. Use the test tools to exert the force see F3 in appendix Bof 249 N (56.025 lbf) at the position 185 mm (7.28 in.) away from the axis center, and keep the force 5 seconds.

After the force is released, the hinge spacing does not fail,

 and the damp hinge axis can be rotated with the turning angel range 0° to 150°
